Thank you for shopping at Spellbound Schematics. We strive to ensure that all our products meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

**Returns and Replacements:**
- Unfortunately seem out products are made to order we do not currently offer returns or refunds.
- We offer replacements for damaged products only.
- To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
- You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage.

- Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

**Exclusions:**
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence are not eligible for replacement.
